    eGourmery – the revolution in retail

    The brick-and-mortar stores in the cities are under pressure because online sales are booming. eGourmery provides local stores and markets with a whole new outlook – while customers get an innovative shopping experience and added quality of life. That’s why: eGourmery’s platform connects retail stores, customers and a delivery network in a profound and unprecedented way.

    At eGourmery, customers find their favorite stores, compare prices, shop for groceries and other daily needs. Shoppers or the B2B clients themselves (stores) put together all orders and let customers confirm the shopping list via the app. The customers then choose a time window for the delivery – and they get their products within max. 1,5 hours.

    eGourmery uses innovative machine learning technologies that handles constantly updated amounts of data (Big Data) to determine nearly optimal delivery routes for the fulfillment of every order.
    Our platform is connected to the product data bases and cash register systems of all their retail partners. Customers thereby are able to get the most recent product availability status. The app further provides a direct communication channel for customers, shoppers and stores.

    Data science combined with machine learning enable the platform to forecast product availabilities as well as demand and shopper behavior. Additional tasks like gathering orders, assigning shoppers/deliverers or the adjustment of the number of personnel necessary are handled optimally.
